RECRUITMENT, TRAINING AND FLIGHT PROCESS FOR 6 MONTHS

3. Training: training program at SHI includes:
– Beginner to Intermediate Japanese: For those who do not meet the Japanese standards according to program regulations, SHI offers Japanese courses so you can communicate effectively in the work environment.
– Japanese for Tourism and Hotel Specialization: Japanese used in room management and customer service.
– Soft Skills and Japanese Business Culture: Learn how to behave and work effectively in Japanese culture.
– Omotenashi – The Art of Japanese Service: In-depth training in Japanese-style customer service, globally famous for its dedication and thoughtfulness.
4. Prepare Documents and Complete Exit Procedures
Once accepted, you will be assisted in preparing the necessary documents for working in Japan, including work visa and other legal procedures.
